The most important factor when purchasing is taking the fit finder and finding your size. We successfully sized thousands of clients with different body types, heights, weights and preferences.
Each pant comes with a hem undone so a visit to a tailor or dry cleaner is necessary once your suit or tuxedo arrives. Each suit or tuxedo comes with extra material which allows a tailor to let it out and give you more room. If it is slightly big, a tailor can make adjustments to make it fit just right as well. See below to the most common alterations that are done to a suit or tux.
Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with the fit and minor alterations will not do the trick, no worries! If you need a replacement just take 2 pictures, one of you wearing the jacket and pant, and the 2nd picture of you wearing just the jacket with your shirt tucked in. The purpose of this is so we know what size replacement to send you. Email us at orders@thesuitspot.com - attach the 2 pictures and let us know your order number. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Policy
If you want a refund and not a replacement, email us so we can issue you a return label and return authorization form to include in the package. Full refund will be issue once we receive the merchandise in a unworn condition with all labels still on only for online purchases only. If there are no sleeve labels, or damage was made taking the sleeve labels off, the item will not be eligible for a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
